PRIVACY
Last updated: 2026-06-15
TrainerOps respects your privacy. The site requires no sign-up, has no user accounts, and does not actively collect personal information such as your name or email. This policy explains how data is handled.
The site currently has no login or account feature, so no information that personally identifies "you" is stored on our servers.
The site aggregates and displays competitive results from public events, which may include player names (or handles), placements, match ratings, and publicly shared team information and screenshots. All of it is drawn from public sources; the site only compiles and presents it, and does not separately collect players’ private contact details.
So the tools can remember your settings, the following is stored in your device's browser local storage (localStorage). This data stays on your device and is never sent to our servers:
· Appearance theme preference (light / dark / system)
· Game and display preferences
· Teams you save in the team builder
· Configurations you save in the damage calculator
· Filter and collapse state on listing pages
You can delete all of the above at any time by clearing your browser data.
The site uses Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand overall traffic and performance. These are aggregate, privacy-friendly statistics — they use no tracking cookies and do not collect information that identifies you personally.
The site does not use cookies for tracking or advertising.
The site is hosted on Vercel, manages article content with Sanity, and stores public tournament data in Supabase. These services handle the technical and public data needed to run the site; they hold no personal account information about you.
The site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal data from them.
If you are a player and would like to correct or remove tournament data relating to you, contact us through the channels listed on the About page and we will address it within reason.
If this policy is updated, the change will be posted on this page and the "last updated" date above revised.
For any privacy questions, reach out through the channels listed on the About page.
